Virtual 5k for Clean Water & Adoption
February 28th, 2015 • 7am at Clackamas Community College
Together we were able to raise over $600 for clean water and $3000 towards an adoption grant! As individuals we are strong, but truly, together, we are limitless. Thank you to all participants for a wonderful morning of celebration and fun!

Come join us on March 12 at 10am as vegan nutritionist Kimasia Spratt returns to Pacific to give students a talk for how to accommodate their dining needs within the university’s service. Recently, Spratt came to Pacific to assess Boxer Dining’s service for students who have high-demands on vegan/vegetarian diets.
Spratt is the owner of Move Beyond. As a motivated and gifted coach, Holistic Nutritionist, Elite Athletic Trainer, and Certified Vegan and Raw food chef, she knows how to make transformation happen! She has won several awards for fitness modeling and running events from 5k’s to marathons. Spratt was trained and worked under Mark Reinfeld of Vegan Fusion. Reinfeld was named the winner of Recipe of the Year 2011 from Vegan.com
25 Days of Christmas Fun

Let’s be real guys, no one is going to diet through the holidays! We’ve got parties to attend, friends to laugh with, and you know I love my warm Christmas cookies. One thing I’ve found that helps me feel better through the holidays is to make sure I get some sort of activity every day. Coaching tips and twenty five minute workouts for 25 days.
